Production Supervisor

Position Overview: Reporting to the Production Manager, the role will provide leadership, supervise, coaching and support to the team. This role will drive operational excellence within the area to improve the workplace environment, delivery performance and drive continuous improvement to meet business goals.
Job Description:
Health and Safety Compliance Promote and enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and GEMBA's to ensure a safe working environment. Use internal reporting systems to raise hazards or near misses to reduce safety risks. Investigate and report any workplace incidents or hazards.
Team Management Supervise, motivate, coach and support the production team to achieve daily/weekly targets. Ensure effective communication within the team and between departments.
