• Supervise daily production operations involving electronic repair, testing, mechanical assembly, and manufacturing activities.
• Lead, coach, and deploy production operators to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and operational targets.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress (WIP), production output, and manpower allocation to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer orders.
