Introduction

Eagles Valley Poultry is a well established poultry abattoir situated in the Hartbeespoort Dam area, North West Province.  Eagles Valley form part of the Kuipers Group.

With great success, Eagles Valley Poultry presently supply 70% of their total production to some of the major retailers within IQF and still aiming to increase further penetration into the fresh retail market segment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Main Purpose:   The role of the Production Supervisor is to ensure that all orders are packed accordingly to EVP Standards, and to make sure that all orders are packed.

• Ensure that everything is well prepared before start up.
• Ensure all workers are on time and wearing correct PPE.
• To ensure all orders are packed accordingly.
• Adhere to all EVP Health & Safety Standards.
• Adhere to all Hygiene Rules and Regulations.
