Production Supervisor (Snacks/Chips industry)

Requirements


French language is a must
Engineering degree

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in snacks /chips production management

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions effectively



Requirements



Be involved with all aspects of the manufacturing, plant operations and processes.



Manage and execute in accordance with company policies, programs, and standards concerning safety, quality, productivity, costs standards, plant processes, continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules.



Responsible for productivity and efficiency of production.
