Production Supervisor

Introduction:

Promed Pharmatech is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor. oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Supervise the production team to meet productivity and quality targets.

· Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Report on production performance and resolution of operational issues

· Collaborate with other departments to optimize production planning and execution.

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field

Mandatory Experience:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
