Production Supervisor (Stay-in)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity protocols

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor animal health

• Identify and treat sick animals promptly

• Diagnose diseases or abnormalities through observation

• Track and record mortality and morbidity rates

• Oversee vaccination programs according to protocols

• Ensure SOP adherence in Farrowing and Wean-to-Finish operations

• Plan schedules to meet manpower needs

• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational issues

• Perform additional tasks as needed



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields

• With at least 2 years of experience in a swine farm

• Able to stay-in the farm premises at Pinamungajan, Cebu

• High adaptability and problem-solving skills
