Job description

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor for an afternoon shift role across a steel manufacturing site in Sydney's southwest. These roles suit leaders who work on the floor, support operators and keep production running safely and efficiently. Steel manufacturing experience is essential. Reinforcement steel experience is highly regarded.

About the role
You will supervise day-to-day production, coordinate workflow, monitor output and ensure machines, materials and people are ready for each shift. You will work closely with the Production Manager and collaborate with maintenance, logistics and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.
