Job Description
Our Client, a Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Lansing, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ Supervise a medium to large group of employees involved in plant production operations.
+ Provide leadership for Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).
+ Work is generally of a technical nature with the ability to make decisions within the limits of general standards and practices.
+ Some direct guidance received from supervisor.
+ Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.
+ Promotes safe work environment with proper housekeeping standards and workplace organization.
+ Conducts safety talks, job instruction training, ergonomic evaluations, and safety incident report & investigation.
