Your role and key responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations in the different rotation shifts (including weekend and holidays) and the production team meet quality and productivity goals, ensuring safety and meeting production targets with target quality and cost.
Act as the technical and disciplinary leader for the operators, ensuring adherence to company rules, workplace safety and compliance with relevant health regulations and audits.
