• Coordinating activity of the staff under your charge to ensure product quality, on-time shipment, plant safety, and efficient production performance.
• Coordinating with plant production manager, team leaders, and other supervisors to guarantee that orders are processed in accordance with customer requirements.
• Monitoring work performance (productivity, efficiency, quality, reliability, training) of production staff.
• Tracking work order progress on the shop floor to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Keeping all work areas and equipment clean and organized.
• Conducting discipline calls according to company policy.
• Suggesting ways to improve production efficiency and order processing.
• Performing configuration inspections and final inspections to ensure product and process quality.
