POSITION SUMMARY

TheProduction Supervisor’smain roleisto supervisethe extrusion department andcoordinateactivities of workers to manufacture a wide variety of custom extrusions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead the shift and achieve desired results by affectively communication job expectations and taking ownership of team performance through planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Train and develop employees,identifyhigh-potential individuals,andrecommendcross-training opportunities within the team.
• Maintain quality service byestablishingand enforcingquality-related procedures,policiesand organization standards.
• Achieve daily scheduled production output as per plan. Anticipate risk and take corrective action in advance.
• Enforce policy and procedures by training, feedback, correctiveaction,and progressive discipline procedures as per the company policy.
