We are hiring a Production Support Analyst for our QTS Fixed Income department in Toronto. This role is designed for a technical expert dedicated to enhancing service excellence on the trading floor.

In this full-time position, you will leverage your extensive IT experience (7+ years) and knowledge of capital markets to provide outstanding support. You will work closely with trading desks to manage incidents, ensure data-driven stability, and drive service improvements.
