Production Support Analyst

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a Fixed Income & Rates Technology Specialist to work at the heart of the trading floor, partnering closely with traders and business users to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical trading platforms.

• This role combines Production Support , QA Testing , and L2 Engineering , offering strong exposure to Front Office environments and complex Fixed Income products. You will primarily support platforms during LATAM trading hours , while also contributing to testing, engineering, and platform enhancements outside peak support windows.
