• Provide day-to-day production support for mission-critical applications and systems running on Linux/Unix environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor system health, analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business leaders to determine how technology can best enable growth and success, ensuring scalable domain-driven solutions, operational resiliency, and adherence to best practices.
