Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with organizational standards. Maintain high service quality through effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix/Linux, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time to minimize system downtime. Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications. Execute, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and database operations. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python.
