The Global Markets Business Support and Monitoring IT team is responsible for providing Level 1 functional and technical Support on applications used by all Global Markets business lines (Equity Derivatives, Securities Lending, Global Macro (Rates, FX, Commodities), Credit) Front Office, Operations and Risks Functions teams.
We are seeking a Production Support Lead to coordinate the resolution of incidents and follow up action plans on applications across multiple IT teams, ensure our IT Run Framework is followed by the team members – including data quality in Service now and prompt communication -- and report KPIs to stakeholders and management. He/She/They will oversee project portfolio related to Market Data & Access domain.
The candidate should have transversal functional Front to Back knowledge of Global Markets Applications and will ensure continuous improvement of the IT Run level of service delivered to the business. He/...
