Production Support Manager

A leading organisation is seeking a Production Support Manager to lead and strengthen its Production Support capability. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability across digital channels, back-office applications and line-of-business systems, while driving structured incident management and operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Support Analysts delivering first-line production support to operations and external user groups
• Establish and enforce structured Production Issue, Incident, and Problem Management processes
• Proactively monitor system performance and implement effective alerting mechanisms
• Coordinate rapid response to system disruptions and manage escalation processes
• Serve as the communication bridge between IT and impacted stakeholders during incidents
