Production Team Lead

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize manpower allocation to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production performance, analyze downtime and quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Enforce workplace discipline, 5S, safety, and compliance to company policies.
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Provide training and mentoring to production operators and line leaders to improve team capabilities and productivity.
• Generate production reports and performance summaries for management review.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
