Production Team Leader

Key Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years FMCG or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience required. Previous supervisory experience essential. Good numerical and Excel skills. Ability and willingness to vary working hours to meet operational and production goals. Additional Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well in and to lead teams. Self-starter that is able to handle pressure. Must be systematic, disciplined and orderly.
