Production Team Leader - Engineer

• Guides, supports, and monitors execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operators / production personnel.
• Ensures operator's compliance to standards, company policies, rules and regulations to meet section's KPIs within allocated process/area of responsibility.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering courses.
• With or without related working experience.
• Preferably with Training in line with Production process.
• Must have a Behavioral competencies as follows: People Management, Strong leadership, High regards to discipline.
• Must have a functional competencies as follows: Computer usage knowledge, Communication Negotiation skills, Comprehension skills, Leadership Skills.
• Willing to be assigned at Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, FPIP I Tanauan, Batangas for Direct Hire.
