As a Production Team Leader, you lead a team of Biotech Associates in a GMP cleanroom environment, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing of advanced cell therapy products. You combine hands-on operational oversight with strong people leadership to deliver high-quality results that directly impact patients’ lives.
