Production Team Leader

Job Qualifications:

- At least High school or Senior High School graduate, College undergrad or with Vocational Course

- Minimum of 1-2 years in a team leader role or equivalent within a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on overseeing daily operations and coordinating team activities.

- Proven experience in developing and executing production schedules, ensuring that resources and manpower are allocated to meet production goals efficiently.

- Hands-on experience with quality control processes, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining high standards of product quality.

- Experienced in managing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain teams, and ensuring the availability of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP) items for continuous production flow.
