Production Technical Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains the production team's standard operation compliance based on established quality policies and guidelines.
• Monitors the sub-materials consumption and prepares technical reports on material feedback and cost reduction recommendations.
• Evaluates production line issues and reports countermeasure recommendations.
• Assists in the compliance of kaizen activities and documentation requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
• With at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing process.
• Knowledgeable in technical report writing and production evaluation.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• With keen attention to details and good analytical skills.
• Willing to wok on-site in Binan, Laguna.
