production technician

Duties/Responsibilities:

· To assist Exec/Supervisor and responsible to fully operate one process plant to meet production targets, quality standards and to avoid losses.

· To assist and take responsible corrective actions when required to meet performance standards in operation of plant.

· To assist Exec/Supervisor and responsible to provide complete and accurate written logs of the plant performance and to communicate accurate information across and between shifts.

· To follow procedures required by QMS Systems during the cleaning operations and maintenance.

· To be responsible of close monitoring of any mechanical work carried out on the plant and assist where possible.

· To ensure safe working practices and usage of PPE in plant is adhere to subordinates.

· To be responsible for operators' duties distribution.

· To assist Exec/Supervisor in training of new operators.
