Production Technician

Start of Shift:

• Shift briefing: Meet with the supervisor or team leader for a handover or briefing on the day's tasks, safety instructions, or updates on production targets.
• Safety check: Ensure that all safety equipment at their workstation in place and implement LOTO.
• Inspect equipment: Check the machinery, tools, and equipment for any issues. Ensure everything is properly calibrated and ready to run.

Pre-Production:

• Prepare materials: Ensure the required raw materials, tools, and components are ready for the production run as scheduled.
• Set up machines: Adjust machines, load materials, and configure settings according to production requirements.
• Check production schedule: Review the production orders or schedule for the day to understand the number of units to be produced and any specific instructions
