Production Technician (Laboratory)

A Day in Life

The Production Technician (Laboratory) will perform laboratory testing safely and accurately, collate test results, and maintain laboratory equipment and chemical supplies. They will provide operational assistance to the Production Department.

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm, the hourly rate is $34.79.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Comply with all government and corporate safety requirements.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and customer audits including CFIA, HACCP, AIB and others.
• In the absence of QA supervisor, authorize release of product and issue certificate of analysis.
• Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, in process and finished products using wet chemistry and analytical instruments.
