Production Technician

Objective:

Executes the shift cooking plan for the assigned Line to ensure continuous supply of cooked product to filling section with minimal down time; performs work based on quality, GMP, safety, and efficiency standards

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Communication

Communicate to all concerned members on the matters related to food and personnel safety such as, but not limited to, regulatory and statutory requirements, preventive and corrective actions, quality and safety non- conformances and product recalls

B. Accountabilities

1. Operates machine/equipment in production processing areas based on approved Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
2. Inspects machines and equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts to achieve optimum production run
