Production Technician (Plating)

Education : Preferably minimum Certificate or Diploma holders.

Skills : Mechanical in engineering will be advantage.

Work Experience : Minimum 2 years experience in the related field.

Others Job Requirement : Willing to work on shift.

Safety is our First Priority. Always wear PPE when entering the Production floor.

Perform part conversion according to the production schedule.

Perform line audit to ensure all process parameters meet specification. (Machine Check sheet/ PPS).

Perform weekly machine set-up dumping or normal dumping.

Perform carbon treatment and tank leaching for specific tank.

Problem troubleshooting when there is any parameter or specification failure. Escalate to Superior when the problem is unable to resolve within certain time frame.
