The New Hire Utility role supports aluminum extrusion and tube mill operations by learning to operate production equipment, handling materials on and off machines, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will rotate through multiple departments, gain hands-on experience with machinery and production processes, and eventually move into a specific role within the extrusion department.
