Production Technician

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or related field (or relevant experience)
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions, work shifts, and meet production targets
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs
• Perform routine checks, setup, and basic maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and escalate when needed
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards
• Record production data and complete required documentation
