Production Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation & Monitoring:

• Operate and oversee production line machinery (e.g., mixers, moulding, packaging lines) in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor equipment performance (speed, temperature, output) and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.

• Conduct start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures to meet production schedules.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular quality checks (weight, dimensions, packaging integrity) to ensure compliance with Cadbury Shah Alam's specifications.

• Report deviations in product quality and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve issues.

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards for food safety.
