Production Technician Systems

Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Systems, the Production Technician, Systems is responsible to aid in the assembly and testing of epoc Readers and Hosts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair epoc systems
• Troubleshoot hardware issues
• Perform equipment change-overs
• Participate in review for quality control
• Make adjustments as necessary to fix product within specifications
• Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required
• Liaise with operators and other departments
• Clean and maintain work area

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Minimum High School diploma or GED and/or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience
• Manual dexterity skills and the ability to assemble products quickly and accurately
