Production Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform on-site generator set inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Diagnose generator failures, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions to customers
• Prepare field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports
• Execute scheduled maintenance plans for assigned customers
• Support generator set assembly activities including wiring, painting, electrical testing, and final inspection
• Handle lifting and installation of generator set parts and components safely
• Carry out daily machinery inspection and basic equipment maintenance; report abnormalities to supervisor
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA)
• Comply strictly with workplace safety requirements, including PPE usage and electrical standards
• Maintain good housekeeping, tool condition, and safe use of lifting equipment
