How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Ensure all finished products strictly comply with customer contract requirements and quality specifications.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation, including flow charts, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
• Operate and monitor the control board to maintain stable plant processes and optimal performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of and full compliance with plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies.
