**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ 实现微通道 产品生产工艺的标准化和规范化
+ 协助研发开发新项目，包括设计建议，协助装配焊接。出现过程问题（如不好装配，尺寸不良，焊接不良等）时提出解决方案
+ 提高生产效率，降低生产成本
+ 减少生产过程的报废率和返工率
+ 持续改进工艺流程，方法，工装，设备提高生产自动化水平

**What We're Looking For**

1.本科及以上学历，材料学，焊接等相关专业
2.微通道或汽车空调行业3年以上工作经验
3.有一定的机械设计基础，熟练使用三维画图软件(Inventor,UG等)
4.熟练使用办公软件编制过程及项目文件
