Position Overview:

This role will serve as the lead for lamination training in main lam, cruiser lam, and small parts lam. This role will include, but not be limited to, onboarding and developing new lamination employees, teaching lamination quality standards, proper application, techniques, material terminology, tool usage, and chemical safety.
