Your Tasks

+ Process optimization through time studies and Line balancing.

+ Root cause analysis for issues such Customer Complaints, Internal rejects, Scrap , efficiency.

+ Lead the team in the implementation of engineering changes (either change in material, process and/or production line relocations).

+ Material flow (in/out ) optimization in the production lines under his/her resposability.

+ Close teamwork with Functional areas in the launchs of new products and in the implementations of new technologies (mainly talking about automatization)
