Job Title Position: Spicemix Technician
Work Location: Carmona, Cavite

• Ensure ingredients and spices are weighed accurately according to established recipes and formulations
• Implement allergen management practices in the spice mix production area.
• Adhere to GMP standards and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment after use, following the Cleaning and Sanitation Checklist.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct internal audits and participate in external audits related to the metal detection process.
• Participate in training programs and maintain knowledge of best practices related to GMP and food safety.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school graduate or at least some college education.
• Must have experience in food manufacturing and production.
• Must have a strong body that can lift up to 50 lbs.
