Production Worker

Job Summary

The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, mixing, filling, and packaging of paint products while following production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Production & Mixing Operations

• Assist in the preparation and mixing of paint raw materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions.
• Operate basic production equipment such as mixers, grinders, and dispersers under supervision.

• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately to ensure product consistency.

• Filling, Packing & Labeling

• Perform filling of finished paint into containers (cans, pails, drums).

• Seal, label, and package products correctly based on company standards.

• Inspect containers for leaks, defects, or incorrect labeling.
