**Job Title: Production Worker**

**_Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Must be flexible for PM Shift as well, 3:30pm - 12:00am, but will start on day shifts for training)_**

**_Payrate: $22.42/hr_**

**Job Description**

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, rotating through multiple workstations and operating a variety of machines used to manufacture metal and plastic components. You will perform repetitive tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and safety while supporting welders and other production staff. The position requires comfort with hand and power tools, consistent counting of parts, and the ability to stay motivated during repetitive work as you contribute to the preparation, assembly, and packaging of products for shipment.
