**Job Title: Production II**
**Job Description**
The Production II role works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting both metal and plastic production areas. You will operate a variety of machines, perform repetitive but essential production tasks, and assist welders and other team members to ensure products are accurately fabricated, assembled, and prepared for shipment. Stations and tasks change daily, offering variety while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
**Responsibilities**
Rotate through multiple production stations daily, adapting to changing tasks and priorities based on current orders.
Operate up to 20 different machines in the metal and plastic departments, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Work in the plastic or steel area of the shop, including deburring steel components, moving product around the floor, and boxing finished production.
