About the role

North Taalsteel Corp. is seeking experienced Production workers to join our dynamic team in Guiguinto Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the production and manufacturing processes within our organisation, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery to manufacture goods to the highest standards
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimise downtime
• Following established production schedules and procedures to meet deadlines and targets
• Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Accurately documenting production data and reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors
