Production/Manufacturing Supervisor

Aluvent is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Production/Manufacturing Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance within the factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing team to ensure compliance with daily production planning.
• Conduct quality control (QC) checks on all completed orders.
• Ensure proper control over Work In Progress (WIP) materials.
• Address and resolve manufacturing queries.
• Oversee and execute scheduled maintenance on machinery.
• Conduct monthly tool audits and maintain digital tool control.
• Read and understand technical drawings
• Collaborate with the Technical Department on production requirements
