PRODUCTIVITY ENGINEER

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Productivity Engineer to support manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives and engineering analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, improving production processes, and implementing engineering tools to enhance productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvement.
• Apply continuous improvement tools such as FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and PDCA.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects related to cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
