To accompany candidatesboth individually and in groupsthrough all phases of their outplacement process, ensuring they have the tools they need to conduct their job search effectively and strategically.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guidance on selfanalysis, communication, market research, networking, and interview preparation.
- Deliver seminars and individual/group coaching sessions in virtual and/or inperson formats.
- Adapt your support to different target groups depending on program requirements.
- Identify job opportunities and relevant information for outplacement, in collaboration with the Prospecting Department.
