Function Manager or any other person appointed to supervise him or her from time to time.

Key Responsibilities Develop design ability and quality within the function group. Able to organise information well and communicate design intent through software tool output e.g. structure a drawing correctly and communicate design intent through drawing using CAD. Draft technical reports of excellent technical and presentational quality. Provide technical solutions and develop an appreciation of outcomes. Taking ownership and responsibility for their work and completing it on time and within budget. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and check and take responsibility for the work of others. Supervise a small team of junior technical staff and ensure effective utilisation of team members. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
