Professional Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience. This is a full-time, salary-based position for someone who understands branding, marketing psychology, and performance-driven design.

You should not only design visually appealing graphics but also create creatives that generate engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting creatives for:
• Social Media
• Paid Ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Website banners & landing pages
• Email marketing graphics
• Brochures, flyers, and print materials
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines
• Work closely with the marketing team to create campaign-based visuals
• Create ad creatives optimized for performance marketing
• Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output
