Job Description

The Professional I, Payroll is a highly specialized role operating similar to a Manager I without direct reports (Individual Contributor). This position is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and auditing payroll programs. This role works closely with Government entities and internal departments to ensure proper adherence to taxes, pension plans and other legislated matters involving Payroll.

• Responsible for leadership, development, implementation and execution of payroll compliance with local payroll practices, authoritative controls, government regulations, statutory regulations, internal procedures, Audits and SOX controls 
• Establishes processes, expectations and oversight, with  strong stakeholder management, driving efficiencies and improvement
