Professional II, Retail Marketing - Converse

**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You will report to Director, Brand Marketing based in Korea, partnering closely with Converse Korea cross-functional teams—IMP (Integrated Marketplace) Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, and Operations—to turn seasonal brand direction into store-ready stories. You will also collaborate with Global team to stay aligned on brand standards and visual guidelines, and work ‘day to day’ with field leaders, store managers, and agency/vendor partners to execute consistently across all doors.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
The ideal candidate is a seasoned retail marketing and visual merchandising professional with 3+ years of experience creating impactful in-store experiences for a sport/fashion brand.
