**Role Overview**

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for hands‑on VM execution in stores, ensuring seasonal direction, product stories, and brand standards are delivered accurately and consistently. You will work closely with Senior Visual Merchandising Professional and commercial teams to support launches, refreshes, and daily VM maintenance, contributing to a strong and authentic Converse consumer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**•** Execute seasonal VM guidelines accurately in assigned stores.

**•** Support store setup for seasonal launches, campaigns, and special projects.
